successful reorganization, compositon has been accepted
Innsbruck/Bozen. Green light for the future of Air Alps Aviation with company seat in Innsbruck: Today the application for composition presented in June has been accepted by creditors at the court of Innsbruck with a quota of 40%. AS Roma flys Air Alps
Innsbruck. Yesterday Air Alps again gave a warm welcome to VIP guests on board of one of its Dornier 328. The Italian soccerclub AS Roma and world champion Francesco Totti have chartered the Southtyrolean regional airline Air Alps for a quick and comfortable transfer from Rome to their training camp in South Tyrol. Air Alps presents application for composition
Innsbruck, 4 june 2009 - Due to the financial situation caused mainly by the low passenger numbers of the ongoing market crisis, Air Alps has presented today at the court of Innsbruck an application for composition. This means on one hand that the company is not able to pay its debts to their full extend anymore. On the other hand it means that the survival of the company will be assured.
