INNSBRUCK, 27.01.2012. Since 26 January Air Alps has agian a "chief pilot". Oliver Ladurner assumes general management of Air Alps Aviation succeeding Sabine Mertens, who has resigned in December. The 42 year old pilot has been on board of Air Alps since its beginnings in 1999 and has been responsible for the Quality Management of the whole Welcome Aviation Group. Before his engagement at the Austrian based airline Ladurner has been member of the general management of an Austrian company and member of the regional parliament of Vorarlberg. Last year he has graduated in Airtraffic Management at a London university. [...]

Air Alps presents application for composition
Innsbruck, 4 june 2009 - Due to the financial situation caused mainly by the low passenger numbers of the ongoing market crisis, Air Alps has presented today at the court of Innsbruck an application for composition. This means on one hand that the company is not able to pay its debts to their full extend anymore. On the other hand it means that the survival of the company will be assured.
