Air Alps presents application for composition

Innsbruck, 4 june 2009 - Due to the financial situation caused mainly by the low passenger numbers of the ongoing market crisis, Air Alps has presented today at the court of Innsbruck an application for composition. This means on one hand that the company is not able to pay its debts to their full extend anymore. On the other hand it means that the survival of the company will be assured.
