        baggage identification tag of missing bag

        original of Property Irregularity Report (PIR)

        fully completed baggage claim declaration and inventory list [click here]

        original receipts of the missing inventory and the missing bag

        excess baggage charge receipt, if applicable

        your international bank details (bank name, depositor, IBAN, BIC/Swift-Code) [click here]
