Dear Passenger! Please accept our
sincere apologies for delivering your baggage damaged or if any contents have
been stolen. We would like
to assure you that we will do our utmost to treat your case very carefully. Please find
below the instruction for the further procedure. Any damage must
be reported within 7 days after receipt. This damage/pilferage report is
valid to a maximum of 6 months and does not
imply any acknowledgement of liability. Passengers
whose baggage is covered by any additional insurance are kindly requested to
report the damage with their insurance company first. In case of
stolen or missing baggage inventory a police report has to be provided. For damaged
baggage we kindly ask you to choose a repair shop of your choice. After the
repair – or if the repair of the damage is not possible – please
send following documents (originals
required) to the address below: |

the receipt of the repair or a confirmation that the repair is

if repair is not possible: the receipt of purchase of the
baggage □
If this receipt is not available please indicate place, date
